I created this image to mimic the artwork done for textbooks, medical journals, and other scientific literature. The purpose of the image is to illustrate a scientific process, in this case, the birth and death of a star.

I used false color images of stars and other celestial objects as a reference point as well as inspiration. The text is taken from Stephen Hawking’s “The Theory of Everything.”
