I haven’t had a lot of design work recently, most of my freelance jobs have been basic HTML/CSS work, which isn’t my favorite thing to do. So I decided to design a little something for myself.
I tried to do a design thats out of my usual range of style and this is what I came up with. I was going for a warm and happy feeling with this design. Within a week or so I’ll have it coded as a wordpress theme and I’ll try to let people switch between themes on my site.
I needed a long filler name for the title, which is where the “Lucky Microphone Stand Blog” comes from. I think it sounds like a good name for a comedy club.

I am doing research for a new blog for the company I am currently working for as well as creating their new website. I’m still a trainee though and I have never studied web design before…
About your new web page, it’s very fresh but it does look like a web design Ben & Jerry’s could have on their own site. I think the one you have now is very stylish.
